Green Tea Agar Jelly

This super healthy green tea dessert is low in calories and in fat.
Ingredients (serves 4)
2-3 tsps matcha green tea
2 tbsp hot water
1 cup milk
1 cup water
20g sugar (Add more or less to taste, or use an alternative sweetener)
4g agar powder
(Kinako Sauce)
2 tbsp kinako
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp milk
Method
1. Mix the matcha and hot water until smooth.
2. Combine the agar with one cup of water in a pot and heat for 2 to 3 minutes, mixing constantly.
3. Add the matcha paste, sugar and milk to the dissolved agar. Mix well. Heat for 2 more minutes, then pour into a mold (wet the mold with water first), and leave to set.
4. Mix together the kinako sauce, pour over, and serve.
