Fried Green Peppers with Bonito Flakes
An easy and healthy mixture with Green Peppers and Katsuobushi!
Ingredients
200g green peppers 2 sachets (10g) of Katsuobushi (Bonito Flakes) 2 tsp sesame oil 2 tsp soy sauce 2 tsp mirin
Method
1. Lightly score each surface of the green pepper with a knife to avoid popping
2. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the green peppers.
3. Put all seasonings and sprinkle the bonito flakes.
